Another New Year dinner...

We had a lovely evening at the Laroya's a week ago. We had some Filipino and Turkish dishes, and desserts were blueberry cheesecake made by Maarten and egg pie from Mildred...both really...really de-li-cious! What a treat for everyone at this time of new year. Mrs. Ramirez, Isra, Kurt and Harrison joined us as well.

Monette, Josh & Sophie are in town...

At New Year's eve, we were invited for dinner at the Lincoln's to see Monette, Josh & their daughter Sophie. Sophie who is 8 years old was playing so well with Enna-Marie. Then we had a short musical entertainment where Na'im and Yasmeen performed a song, Sophie played a couple of her piano pieces, and Mrs. Lincoln of course delighted us with her songs as well. Enna-Marie got into the groove when she heard some familiar songs...

More photos with Oma...

Oma is now back in Holland and we all had a wonderful time with her. It was especially nice to see Enna-Marie strengthen her bond with her. We have some more photos of us below which bring back memories of her visit.

To Oma...we miss you a lot!!!

reading is always fun

Trip to Caesarea with Oma

We brought Oma to Caesarea a couple of weeks ago and here are some shots of this beautiful, historic place. We had such a nice weather that day. Two months ago we went here with our friends, the Hatami family, but we were unlucky as the weather turned bad in the afternoon, thus didn't take nice photos. After the stroll, we enjoyed our lunch in one of the restaurants there. We are glad Oma had a great time in this trip. Enjoy the beautiful view!
